Just did a Jasper integrations in Spectrum and am not seeing the Spectrum-specific dashboards and reports.  Any idea?

    Hi Michael,

Are you seeing the users get put in perhaps?

How many times did you try the integration?  Is this fresh?

What version of Jasper and Spectrum?

Where are you looking for the reports, exactly?

    Thanks!

    Matt

    Hi Michael,

Maybe this KB would help resolving your problem:

After enabling JasperReports 6.3 integration - spectrum reports and folders are missing

    Thanks,

    Silvio

That worked, but now I wonder why the folder locations changed with other user accounts?

    Hello Michael,

Can you provide a screenshot of the problem and what are you expecting?

    Thanks,

    Silvio

    Hi Michael,

    What you observed is correct.

The superuser account has the following Roles Assigned: ROLE_ADMINISTRATOR, ROLE_SUPERUSER

The regular account has the following Role Assigned: ROLE_USER

That is the reason the regular account cannot see all folders. But regular accounts can run canned reports and Ad Hoc reports.

You have to grant the ROLE_REPORT_DESIGNER role to a regular account to create an Ad Hoc reports.

    Thanks,

    Silvio
