Policy Server :: Failed to create the Management Command Listener

    Problem :

     

    Starting the Policy Server, this one cannot start,

    and the following errors are reported :

     

    [28378/4097459920][Fri Oct 03 2014 10:01:03]

      [SmPolicyServer.cpp:628][ERROR][sm-Server-05300]

      Failed to create the Management Command Listener

    [28378/4097459920][Fri Oct 03 2014 10:01:08]

      [CServer.cpp:7926][ERROR][sm-Server-01640] Failed

      to initialize server management command channel

    [28378/4097459920][Fri Oct 03 2014 10:01:08]

      [CServer.cpp:7227][ERROR][sm-Server-01530] Failed

      to initialize server management channel

     

    Solution :

     

    Make sure the Policy Server user has read/write access

      to /tmp;

    Make sure the Policy Server user has read/write

      permissions to files in /tmp :

     

      GCL-SiteMinder-A.pipe

      GCL-SiteMinder-B.pipe

      GCL-SiteMinder.sem

    If getting "Failed to create the Management Command Listener" on Windows Server 2008 R2, any solution?
