  • 1.  Only Availability Alarm should reach CA SOI from CA spectrum

    Hello Everyone,

    We have CA Spectrum 9.4.1 and CA SOI 3.3

    We are getting all the alarms from CA spectrum to CA SOI through connector. However we are not interested in all the alarms but we want only availability alarms should reach to CA SOI. Other alarms should not come to CA SOI.

    Has anyone done this before. Please help.

    Hi Jaideep,

     

    The best way is to update connector policy to forward only 'Availability' Alarms to SOI.

    You might need to ask CA Services help doing this.
