I want to setup email alert so that any major minor alarm appear , email shootout
Please advise the steps.

You will want to use Alarm Notifier / SANM.

You will need to configure AlarmNotifier and Spectrum Alarm Notification Manager(SANM) to filter for the alarms you wan tot send e-mail. Reference the following document sections:
