CA Spectrum (10.2.1) alarm does not appear in the alarm count column

Good morning,

 

We have CA Spectrum 10.2.1, in the explorer tab/menu we have the alarm count columns displayed to view the amount of alarms currently generated.

A number of users have seen that although a device has generated a critical alert in it's event, an alarm is not generated and therefore does not appear in the critical alarms column, even though the device is RED and known to be an accurate representation.

 

Could somebody assist as to what the problem is here? We have seen it twice today for different models.

Maybe the device alarm is 'hidden' through fault correlation by another alarm and it's supressed from view.

I don't think so, this is a stand-a-lone model with no correlation

present.

Is this happening on all devices and for all users? If yes, please recycle tomcat.
