How is works alarms for interfaces?

Good afeternoon,

I created an Police for monitoring interfaces, but some interfaces are not generating alarm, as shown image below.

 

I could not understand why this behavior, I expected that all interfaces that are with operational status down generate alarm.

Does anyone know how the rule for interface alarms works?

Are those ports part of the GC that you applied the policy to?

If you go to one of those individual ports, and open the attributes tab, can you change any of the attributes?  If so, the policy isn’t applied to those ports…

Yes, as in the image below this police is associated with a GC.

Are you able to manually change the attributes on the ports?

If not, then please open a case.  If you are, then there is probably an error in the logic.
