  • 1.  Identity manager - JBOSS out of memory error

    Hi Team,

    We are using CA Identity manager 14.3 CP2 and JBOSS 7.2 version. While using IDM URL, We are getting the below error.
    "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space". 
    We are getting this error very frequently. So can anyone give a solution for it.

    While you could increase the heap-space, it is advisable to get the logs reviewed. Please open a support ticket.
