I want to use built-in process to create new incident in SDM but with my form.
I copied exists 'Issue Detail' form and custom it: set constant category value: pcat:***|Category Name.
Then created new Offering Group and Offering, attached new form and set it under category.
Under Events-Rules-Actions copied 'When Category.. and Status is Pending...' to new one and set my category in filter.
I open new Catalog issue and see that in DB it status changed to 1000 (filter condition) but unfortunately new SDM incident not creates.
can you see if your PAM process is been called and started? if you are passing different attributes to create SDM ticket that the original you may also require to create a new PAM process that will handle it. Any errors, logs to share?
