Spectrum 9.2.3 H12 officially released

Spectrum 9.2.3 H12 is now officially released.

Folks, this HF has some key fixes for the 9.2 stream. While you update your environments, please look at the 9.3 version as well since a lot of our investment would be focussed on that stream. I am working on the webcast content for mid November where I will talk and demo key features of 9.3 and also give a glimpse into some in-progress work for 9.4. Stay tuned!
