What is the difference between linking a test case to a defect in the Details tab vs the Test Cases tab?
I noticed today that I'm only able to tie a particular test case in one of these places.

I tried to find information in the Help section, but wasn't able to. Any information and usage examples will be appreciated!

Screenshots below to help identify the two places I'm talking about.

The Test Case on the Detail tab would be the 'source' test case - in other words, you were testing something, it failed, and you created a defect from that test case. This is like a parent-child relationship, similar to the user story field - if the defect were a child of a user story you would see the user story here on the details tab of the defect.

The Test Cases tab is the collection of test cases you will use to test that work item - story or defect. When you kick off a test run from that work item, these are the test cases it will run.
