During Installation getting the below error

Hi,
When I am trying to install  CA servicedesk 17.2 getting the below error-

Environment details :
Servicedesk 17.2
MS SQL 2016(installed in the same server).


Please help me .

Hi Saikat,

The screenprint alone is not enough to help figure out the cause of the issue. You need to review the mentioned log file (install.log) to see what could have caused the error. Maybe you can post the error messages you see in that log?
