Bandwidth link monitoring

I need to monitor bandwidth link and to raise alarms in case of link is down.  please help me to complete this.

Hi Joseph, Do you know if there are KBs on this for UIM too? I am trying to achieve this as well, but I am using UIM instead of Spectrum.

None that I am aware of.

Hi, Customer.

If you need to monitor a link down trap, snmptd probe helps you.

It is trap receiver which allows you to see the link down as an UIM alarm.
