    Hi

Could you please verify whether you have SSL configured, also check whether it works fine on other system.

    Regards,

    Piyush

    Hi,

Something I see on occassion is that the login UI is pointing to a different nolio server machine. You can click on the plus sign to expand it and verify it is pointed to the correct machine. It should point to something like: http://<machine name OR IP Address>:8080

If that is correct then I would also check the server to make sure the service is started. Service name: Nolio Release Automation. Process name: NolioServer.exe

And that the port (8080) is not being blocked by a firewall. Attempting to access ASAP on the local nolio server itself could verify this too.

Lastly, you can check the LISAReleaseAutomationServer\conf\server.xml file to see what ports the application is using. By derfault, 5.0 uses 8080 for http and 8443 for https.

    Regards,
    Gregg

Do make sure Data base is reachable from Data management server too.

Can you confirm if this is still an issue, this error can be caused by java being configured to use a proxy. Can you confirm in the java settings that no proxy is configured and the direct connection option is selected.

    regards

hi.   Check if the java proxy settings are configured and if they are disable the proxy connection. also as previously suggedted check that the server url is correct in the asap login panel.  can you also confirm that you can login to the ROC?

    regards
