When using XOG to update project team member allocation, Is there a way to state the allocation in hours (or days) and not as percentage?

For instance the below set size to 80 hours instead of 50%?

No. As far as my experience goes you have to supply the % and not the actual hours or days. What is the challenge you face in converting this to %?
