Where are the user stories in Agile Central?

When I an exporting to Agile Central: I see this -

I can see the work space followed by the Backlog and iterations.

In the iterations I see the sprints.

The sprints I see User Stories and Defects.

The user Stories are empty. I cannot export my test cases to the user stories.

 

So I looked at the User Stories in the Backlog directory, the stories I want to export to are not there. But it's not blank.

 

What should I do to correct this problem.

Can you show the User Stories you know are there and are trying to export? Are these user stories assigned to you for that specific iteration? 

 

There is a known issue with the Agile Central connector at the moment where if you have children user stories on a user user story, the parent is incorrectly assumed to be in the backlog in ARD. This will be fixed in ARD 2.5.

 

Can you please check your backlog folder in ARD? You should see this ARD backlog folder when you log into Agile Central.
