the other thing to try it to go to the command prompt and try and start each probe.
You will probably get more information about the error condition that is happening.

The usual next step would be to set the log level on CDM to 5 (or maybe 15) and regenerate the error.
One other thing to investigate is antivirus as the three probes you list all need elevated access to the OS and I've seen issues with some AV - especially CarbonBlack - in interfering with the probe's necessary activities.

It is windows server 2012 r2 and the controller version is 7.93.
Yes is checked the C++ libraries its present. I have attached here for reference.

What is the controller verison?
All of these are C++ probes so most likely and issue with the MS C++ runtime libraries.
Did you check to make sure the Visuall C++ runtime libraries are getting installed?

So while deploying CDM, net-connect and processes probe on a particular windows server( where the Infrastructure manager is installed) the probe goes error state after few minutes. Please suggest some ways to troubleshot.
