  • 1.  COnfiguring Components Failed

    Dear Team

     

    We have an issue while installing Service Catalog. PLease see the error screenshot n Logs . Logs saying issue in usm_tenant table. We have already running SDM since 3 years and now implementing SC. and SC uses same MDB. Please Advise how to resolve .

    Hello Aamir

     

    I've done some investigation into this , and I've been unable to find the reason for this error. This looks like something which should be dealt with as a case, where we can go through the installation log files and try to find out what the problem is.

     

    Please log a case with Support, giving all the details of the systems involved, and attach the installation log files for review.

    Ok Steven . Will do that

     

    I also see view log there is ican see 'Error Parsing xml file, please provide a valid file'
