Error observed in Spctro server

Hi All,

 

We have upgraded Spectrum to 10.2 version recently. After that we are observing below error in VNM.OUT file.
"ERROR TRACE at CsIHPrtIPLS.cc(1090): Waited 60000 seconds for IPLS evaluate lock for mh: 0x1474f26, continuing without lock"
Does anyone knows about this error ? What is this for ?
