  • 1.  Spectrum Maintenance alarm

    Hello,

     

    I change the Critical to Maintenance severity, but why the Maintenance alarm not appeared in Alarm Tab?

    I Have five landscape, This happen only in one landscape..The alarm filter is set to view...

    Are you sure you don't have a filter set (the default filter hide maintenance alarm)?

    Are you sure you actually have an alarm?

    Are you sure the alarm change is correctly propagated to all landscapes?

    Do you have "Disable Maintenance Alarms" set to Yes or No (on the VNM -> Component Detail -> Alarm Management)?  If Yes, that's why.  If no, check your alarm filter as Christophe noted (your screenshot does show you are filtering on severity so make sure maintenance is in the "Show" column).

    Thanks Jason. After checking "Disable maintenance is set to YES" on VNM. Problem solved.
