Is anyone else having trouble since the CAPM case management was moved from the CA Support site to the Broadcom site a couple weeks ago?
The biggest annoyance is the file attachment feature built into the browser no longer works for files larger than a few megabytes.
Also the past couple days I log into
https://www.broadcom.com/mybroadcom, click on Case Management, it spins for a while, then takes me back to the login screen. After I log in a second time I can see my support cases.
This morning there's a new twist, I open one of my cases and the browser spins while it tries to load something from cdnj.cloudflare.com. Overall it's a big step backwards from the previous support site and I hope someone looks at it and fixes these bugs.
