June 22, 2016: Until a future online help patch (currently in the works), current CA PPM 14.3 and 14.4 on-premise customers who have configured access from their PPM application servers to docops.ca.com on port 80 or 443 would need to update the IP address in the network access/ACL rule for every app server in your PPM cluster from 199.119.123.234 to 52.22.142.110 or 52.1.70.157.
