Deduplication in CA Spectrum

Hi,

 

In one click console alarm content panel we can see the alarm occurrence and last occurrence date/time these two are updating if repeated alarms comes. How these two are updating in backend.could any one please elaborate the process how it actually works in ca spectrum.
