    Hello All,

    In the interest of giving our customers more flexibility to address IT priorities resulting from the global COVID-19 pandemic, the following versions of the below products with a recent or upcoming end of service date have had their end of service dates moved to October 31, 2020.

    Product

    Release

    Previous

    End of Service Date

    New

    End of Service Date

    Clarity

    15.4 and 15.4.1

    March 31, 2020

    October 31, 2020

    Clarity

    15.5 and 15.5.2

    Sept 30, 2020

    October 31, 2020


    Customers using these versions, with valid maintenance contracts that extend through October 31st, will continue to enjoy mainstream product support until the end of October. <o:p></o:p>

    Hi Diane, can you confirm if our license is ending this year, do we have to option to sign a up new contract for another year or 6 months to extend service and support from Broadcom.  We are currently on Clarity PPM 15.5 version.  

    Please confirm when you get time.  Thank you!

    Hello Natalie,

    Unfortunately, I do not have that information.  Please contact your Account Manager or you can open a discussion in the Broadcom Customer Care community to see when your current contract expires.
