  • 1.  ca soi spectrum connector showing initialize after installation

    Hi ,

    CA spectrum connector showing initiation after installation and we get below error. please suggest possible solution .

    Hello Amita,

     

    Please make sure

     

    1) Both Spectrum SS & OC should not be on same server

     

    2) Spectrum Connector should NOT be installed on Spectrum Servers

     

    Restart CA SAM Integration Services on the connector node and check if this fixes the issue.

    Further to what Brahma has already mentioned, verify the following as well.

    :Failed to initialize.
    com.ca.ucf.api.MDRUnavailableException: Connector is reporting problems interfacing with the domain manager

     

    The above errors indicate that the mdr is not accessible.

     

    Check whether the communications ports are open and that a connection from connector server to spectroserver is working.

     

    Port 14002 (SpectroSERVER)
    Port 14004 (Location Server)
    Port 14006 (CORBA Name Server)
