We want to use sms notification for send sms by servicedesk.what is the notification method on sms notification method?

How can use this notification method?

To have SDM send SMS messages, you will need to start by defining a new Notification Method. Look under the Implementation Guide and see how you can register a script that can take your Contacts' Phone number and send a SMS through your SMS Gateway:

in addition many SMS gateway services will provide you with an "emailtoSMS" method.

if you are sending internationally they can mostly provide you with better rate that using your own hosted solution.

In that case you will only have to specify the target phone using an email address of the form of [e-mail].

This way you not either have the need of any specific notification method.
