What versions of SiteMinder are currently supported?

I have searched unsuccessfully for a page that shows which versions of SiteMinder Web Agents are currently supported. I get the emails for EOL announcements and I also see the SiteMinder Support Matrices that shows which versions work on which Operating Systems and Web Servers. I'm looking for a "Quick Reference" that shows a list of all the currently supported versions.

 

Also, what about a sheet that matches build numbers to versions?

i.e. 12.52.104.2034 = 12.52 SP1 CR04
