  • 1.  Onboarding or Training Guide Available?

    Hi,

     

    I am working on creating a training plan/onboarding guide for a team that is new to using ARD.  Is there something similar to this that could get me started on what approach to take when creating this guide? 

     

    I want to start with the basic use of ARD like creating a flow and understanding each shape and then gradually move into more complex operations like using code snippets and creating test cases.

    We have learning plans and 'getting started' materials created by our internal pre-sales and services people. I would suggest reaching out to your CA Account Manager to see if we can share something already created by CA so that you do not have to start from scratch.

    I am working on getting through the videos, but I figured that it would be helpful to find a guide in the mean time.
