  • 1.  setting a standard out email address in oneclick

    Hi all,

     

    Hopefully a quick one,  Using AlarmNotifier i can set the email so that it always sends from the same account, ie spectrum@oneclick.com

     

    However when i use the email alarm function in one click it sends it as the user logged in at the time.  ie user1

     

    What i need is a way to send the email out as a user in oneClick but it to appear as though it has come from the same account or user no matter who is logged in.

     

    any ideas.

    Im thinking i can possibly change the <param name="attrID"> tag in the $SPECROOT\tomcat\webapps\spectrum\WEB-INF\devman\config\view-ntsct-emailsetting-config.xml file

     

    any thoughts.

    Hi

    we have had a similar question. We solved this issue in oneclick via the user tab in the navigation panel.

    Fo every operator we defined the same e-mail
