Problem to get Alerts reports in Jaspersoft 6.3

Hello

I have installed an oneclick with Report Manager on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.1 and on the other hand I have installed a Jaspersoft 6.3 in a direct install on  windows 2012, it shows me the reports but when I try to get the reports of Alerts and availability it hangs and does not end and it's not posible to obtain it, instead the asset are completed and I can export them to different formats

 

I have installed a tomcat integrated with product

 

 

 

can anybody help me?

Hi Patricia,

 

Were you able to fill the input controls or is it getting hung @ input controls page?

 

Can you also give the exact report which you are trying to generate?

If possible add screenshots.
