    Hi,

Any news about support of Oracle Linux 7 and 8?

Anyone already test CCA agents on these versions?

    Best Regards,
    Paulo

    No Michael,
    no reply to my question.
Oracle Linux 7 and 8 is still out of support for CA Configuration Automation (CCA) Agents.

But looking for your question, I think you are talking about Altiris (Symantec Software). CCA Software is from CA Technologies.

I think you need to refer to the Symantec Communities or support for that.

    Hi,

From r12.9 onwards, CCA is supporting Oracle Linux 7 and 8.

    Thanks,

Hi RaviChand, hope you are ok!

    That info are great.

But, just to clarify, are you talking about Blueprint or CCA Agent support?

I check the 12.9 documentation and confirm the Blueprint support for that versions of Oracle Unix (7 & 8), but not on OS Support section.

If CCA Agent is also supported on that OS versions, can you ask for an update into OS Support section?

    Many thx,
    Paulo
