Atlassian JIRA Action pack

Hello everybody,

Im using the JIR action : "JIRA - Add Issue Comment", but i got the following error:

 

Agent:	srvapplab
Description:	Failed while POST request executing. HTTP request return code is 400. {"errorMessages":["Invalid UTF-8 middle byte 0x6e\n at [Source: org.apache.catalina.connector.CoyoteInputStream@7c913ce5; line: 1, column: 38]"]}

 

These are the Action Properties:

Address =  172.26.28.28

Port = 8888

username = zyxp

password = ****

Comment = Las configuraciones se están validando, hasta el momento esta OK.

Issue Key = SBV-1

Base URL =                     <----- empty

 

I tried with others external tools like Postman and it Works!!, but .... with CA R.A doesn´t work

Could anyone help me with this issue?

This looks to me like a character problem, perhaps being caused by the accent.  Could you change the comment so it doesn't include the accent to test if it works?  If it turns out that is the problem we can open an issue.

Hi Marta, i tested wihtout accent and It works!!!,  thanks a lot!,

 

I can see that's a bug of Jira action packs. is possible reports this issue?, or I must  creates a support ticket?

Hi,

 

    Can you confirm if Marta's suggestion worked?  if it didn't work can you post some more details of your environment such as the version of Jira and the RA version you are using.
