    hello Everyone,

    hope is well!

wondering if anyone had the same issues where after upgrading to 17.3, you can no longer see any offerings under Catalog -> Offerings -> Service Offerings, thus, cannot maintan any of the existing offerings.  Also tried created a new "folder" but likewise, it is in the DB but cannot see the new folder..

    thanks.

    Hello...

Notice these errors in the view.log

       020/09/16 08.16.55.135 ERROR [CatalogStatusUpdater] [OfferingStatusUpdateTask] OFFUPST000
com.ca.usm.common.CommonException: Unavailable Date cannot be before Available Date
        at com.ca.usm.billing.ServiceManager.Offerings.getCurrentStatus(Offerings.java:2489)

       Action:
          - check the DB and query all offerings (usm_offering) where date_unavailable is < available_date
          - update affected records by setting the data_unavailable to NULL

As soon as the update was completed, the offerings loaded.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
