How can we get the actual Client IP address in SiteMinder logs? Currently our Netscaler (load balancer) proxy is hiding it. We would like to see the real client IP address in our logs and not the load balancer IP.
i'm not CA anymore, so i cant be official, but i recall "proxy definition" combined with "custom ip header" will help here.
i'd start by looking there and "require client ip"
