Why spectrum gateway probe user is unassigning and updating all the alarms when there any issue with Spectrum -UIM integration or spectrum gateway connection lost issue . How do i suppress these mails ?

If you are receiving email alerts from these alarm via SANM, you should be able to create a Policy rule that will not include any of the event codes that are generating these alarms. Our documentation below explains this process in greater detail.

This is not due to spectrum SANM policy ,seems to be some issue with spectrumgtw probe.

If the AlarmNotifer is not forwarding the emails, then the Email Auto-Operator (CA UIM) is forwarding the alarm emails.
