Portfolio Items % Complete (story count and plan estimate) not updating

Has any seen where the percent complete fields on Portfolio Items is not updating when child items (User Stories) are moved to Accepted? I have several examples where it is saying "Last Rollup Date 2020-05-04" when there were changes to the stories 2020-06-03 and 2020-06-04. In the same Workspace and different Workspaces, it is working fine.
