On our trend reports we've noticed that after an hour rollup occurs data will not show up on the graph up to the current 5 minute poll. The data is updated to the last previous hour. Is there a way to have all the data show up to the last 5 minute poll when a custom time range is selected up to the last minute?
You seem to be using the 5 minute resolution , so you should be able to see the data for the device until the last 5 minutes as expected .
What is the poll frequency of this device ?
Check the data retention setting hope its set to default?
Lastly , check the time zone setting of the user logged in CA PC and make sure its set correctly . I suspect this could be the issue in your case
It was time zone. changed from EST to America/New York!
