How configure ftp test from CA Spectrum 9.4. I check the Service Performance Manager but the options on the SpectroServer is (icmp). Please let me know if there options to configure ftp tests to check "timeout".

You will need either a Cisco device (that supports CiscoRTTMonApp MIB) or CA SystemEDGE + Service Response Manager (SRM) AIM plug-in to perform FTP test.
