    Hi All,

We have cisco switches and routers ,i can see the fan ,power and voltage status in cisco environment Monitor in information tab. Whether we need configure event rules for enabling alerts or it will be enabled as default ?

There are already a number of ciscoEnvMon traps configured in Spectrum configured in the $SPECCROOT/SS/CsVendor/Cisco_Router/AlertMap file:

    ciscoEnvMonVoltStatusChangeNotifTrap

    ciscoEnvMonTempStatusChangeNotifTrap

    ciscoEnvMonFanStatusChangeNotifTrap

    ciscoEnvMonSuppStatusChangeNotifTrap

Just need to ensure the device is configured to send these traps to Spectrum.

So Spectrum doesn't poll to get these alerts ?

No. These alerts are from traps sent from the device to Spectrum.
