  • 1.  Connection refused error while trying to do RDP

    Hello All

    We are accessing CA PAM using two methods 
    1. Using Jumpbox
    2. Using Citrix

    Using Citrix everything is working fine but using Jump host we are getting below
    Error Screen Shot
    error when trying to do RDP

    Please assist in resolving this

    Hello Sanjay,

    In the error, pop-p click on the 'show' and share the complete message. That would help.
    Also, share the version of CA PAM.

    Version of CAPAM is 3.2.4

    Please find details are as below 
    Please understand that Connection is working fine from Citrix but not from Jump host via PAM
    Version of CAPAM is 3.2.4

    I faced a similar problem configuring TCP/UDP services and used this article PAM: Bind Failure  to solve the issue, hope this help you as well.
