Spectrum Web interface api access

Hi All,

How can I get information off of the Spectrum Web client page to export to another dashboard. Primarily what I would like to grab is the three figures at the top of the page the Crilical number in Red, the Major number in Orange, and the minor number in yellow. I am unfamiliar with the process, can this be done without a login and password?  And what are the commands to grab this information?
