We are preparing to upgrade from AE v11 to v12. During initial testing of v12 in our experimental systems, we encountered a bug that would have very high impact if in the production environment. It turns out that this bug has been known for a while, and is documented in article
000009415.
The earlier we know about potential problems, the better. If we had known about this problem earlier, we would have been better able to plan and prepare mitigation approaches.
I know of several places to search for known issues:

Known issues are listed, but only those already fixed in another released version. |
If one reports a problem and it is already known to Automic Support, then the incident will also be linked to the corresponding problem ticket and you will also be able to view the problem via the support site.
It would be very helpful if there were a
single place to search for known problems, to download lists in spreadsheet format, and get details in PDF format.
