AMS00100: Cannot start transaction for: list JAVASCRIPT

Hi,


We see this error from our logs after a DB connection loss.
"AMS00100: Cannot start transaction for: list JAVASCRIPT"
What does this exactly mean? is this a result of DB issue or is there some thing we need to check for?

Looks like server is unable to connect to database to list the Javascripts.
