Upgrade to 12.3 CheckDBConnectionForUpgrade Error

Hello and Good Morning.

Hope all is well!

Request assistance as I am trying to "upgrade" our environment to 12.3 (from 12.0) but getting a Database Connection Error when the Install starts.. this is in the install log.

Custom Action: com.ca.wa.installer.upgrade.CheckDBConnectionForUpgrade
Status: ERROR
Additional Notes: ERROR - Unexpected Fatal Error in Class: com.ca.wa.installer.upgrade.CheckDBConnectionForUpgrade.install()

In addition, tried running the validatadatabase.bat in the bin folder and it was successful.

Hello Kundiri,

thank you and apologies... issue is I was trying to upgrade my DEV 12.0 version to 12.3 but it is on an unsupported Windows OS version. So I will just request for a new Windows 2019 and install a fresh Workload Automation DE 12.3 and perform a migrate.
