  • 1.  Plugin database is not found

    In the Desktop Client, I see that the agents in the Topology are listed as inactive.  When I checked the log file for errors, I see this line:

    main.MainThread.CybAgentDriver.runApplication[:429] - cybermation.library.plugins.CybPluginException: Plugin database is not found

    Does anyone know how to solve this or where I should look for help?  This is the defaultlog_agent.log file, under the ESPSystemAgent folder.

    Hi,
    See this link on install of DB plugin. 
    You will need to make sure you have DB plugin installed and agentparm.txt has an alias for it.  The alias needs to be added as an agent on DE side (as DB agent) which will have same IP, Port, key as the main agent.  Alias is just another name in the agentparm.txt for a plugin that can be used by manager to submit jobs.
