What is the detailed meaning of userid: authentication mode:local only in WADE

When creating userid in DE, Authentication mode : Local only (default) is described below.
I want to know exactly what local only means.

Indicates the authentication mode of the user.
Local only
Indicates that the user is authenticated on the CA Workload Automation DE server only.
Default: Local only

Hi,

Local only indicates that the authentication of the user will be done by dSeries server and does not rely on any LDAP server.
