Hi Raj,
WCC asks the WAAE Application server to fetch the job logs from the Agent server. Agent then forwards the logs to the application server and then it goes to WCC.
If the agent can't talk to the application server (firewall or some other issue), then WCC won't be able to fetch the logs.
Try autoping -M <agent> -S to see if the Agent is able to talk to the Application server:
$ autoping -M waae_agent_node -S
CAUAJM_I_50023 AutoPinging Machine [waae_agent_node]
CAUAJM_I_50031 Checking the Agent's connectivity to the Application Server.
CAUAJM_I_50025 AutoPing WAS SUCCESSFUL.

Subject: Logs are not populating in the WCC console
Hello,
We have a new Autosys 11.3.6 SP8 setup completed. We configured the jobs in WCC also the log file files updated.
We are able to run the job but the log file is not coming up in the WCC console.
We are able to see the log file on the targeted server though.
Please let me know if I'm missing any configuration setup to populate the log file in the WCC console.
Thanks,
Raj
