    Hello all,

Has anyone published a "JIL code to QuickEdit translator" document?  As we all know the AutoSys jil code field names do not always have the same names in the QuickEdit tool, so I want to provide our users a translation matrix.
I've been searching the docs and the community but haven't yet found this.
If not, I'll get to building one.

    Thanks in advance,
    Joe Poutre

    Hi Joe,

While I don't have a mapping, the mouse hover over the entry field will have the jil attribute as the first part of the description.  We had this debate a while ago on whether it was better to use more english type field names or have the jil attribute.  The reasoning behind the current design was that the person creating the job may not know what the jil attribute is, and it may be easier for them to use.  The other result of that was the addition of the jil attribute to the mouse over tool tip, in addition to more detail on what the field is used for.

    Regards,

    Hi Mike,

The situation that reminded me was a user could not find the "n_retrys" equivalent, and hovering over each item takes time which we know not all users have or will spare.
    Therefore, one (unofficial) chart.
