english-like schedule in WADE

​Is it possible to specify the following schedule as one line as  english-like in WADE?

JOB Running time: from 13:00 to 18:00 (Hourly)
Period of Running : WORKDAYS from 1st to 3rd days, of  JAN,FEB,MAR

Hi,
Here is the link for all the scheduling terms in DE.  You can define it this way:
1ST-3RD WORKDAY OF JAN,FEB,MAR

Ideally break the terms when you have to use commas, but above should work as well.
