Even when using MCOSYS still cannot suppress CA JCLCheck msg CAY6000

Dear community,

 

i need to get rid of the msg CAY6000 NO STATEMENTS FLAGGED IN JOB 'xxxxxxxx' MAXIMUM SEVERITY WAS 0 so that i defined my MCOSYS :

000,-1        SUPPRESS MSG CAY6000
**************************** Bottom of Data *********
                                       

 

And when i SUBmit my test job i am getting jclcheck errors :           

  CAY6424E MCO FILE FORMAT ERROR ON STATEMENT: '000,-1        SUPPRESS MSG CAY60
0
 CAY6402E ERRORS FOUND JCL WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED
Abend C03000 hex occurred processing command 'SUB     '.

Do i have anything wrong in my MCOSYS ?

Message CAY6000 can not be suppressed.  The range of message numbers that can be
suppressed for CAY6nnn are from 001-999.
