Is there any client side performance docs for WCC r11.4 –vs- WCC r11.3.5 ? Specifically, we are looking for cpu and/or memory sizing information regarding concurrent numbers of users on a “jump” server running IE and/or FireFox and/or Chrome to access a backend WCC server running WCC r11.4. The situation is the Customer is installing a Windows VM for use as a “jump” server by 60 or 70 of their users(average 20 concurrent) to run IE/FireFox/Chrome to get to our WCC r11.4 instance in our network. We are just wondering if you have any performance data regarding this type of configuration.
